Sprayground offers a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Bag

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and accessories are included before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
